Abstract
Abstract
This article demonstrates the complete transient analysis of speaker drivers, supporting the modeling of nonlinear effects. The simulation analysis includes the nonlinear characteristics of soft iron in the magnetic system, geometric nonlinearity in the structure, and the nonlinear effects caused by topological changes when the voice coil enters and exits the magnetic gap. By constructing the model, dividing the mesh, simulating the magnetic field in and around the voice coil gap, calculating the distribution of sound pressure level and the relationship between the dynamic force factor and the relative position of the voice coil, the spectrum analysis of the output signal was completed based on the fast Fourier transform.
