Abstract
In this work, a 1 MW hot water boiler equipped with a two-chamber combustion chamber for droplet-flame combustion of a coal-water fuel (CWF) is studied numerically. The effect of the second chamber with screen tubes on aerodynamics of the exhaust gas flow and temperature redistribution in the furnace volume is shown.
