Parameter Identification of KT Equation Based on Flight Test Data of Amphibious Aircraft

Abstract

Abstract To improve the turning efficiency of amphibious aircraft, the flight test of water surface rotation of amphibious aircraft was carried out. Referring to the KT equation of ship maneuverability, the paper established the maneuverability KT equation of the amphibious aircraft on the water surface, and the parameters in the KT equation of amphibious aircraft were identified by forward difference. The test results show that the average value of K value is -0.1095, and the average value of T value is 0.5490. The turning efficiency of amphibious aircraft is low, the maneuverability is insufficient, and the heading stability is good. At the same time, the steering response is fast and the delay is low.
