Abstract
Abstract
Battery energy storage systems are widely used in the optimal operation of power grids due to their flexible regulation characteristics. This paper analyses the role of modular mobile energy storage applied under normal grid operation scenarios, random component failures, and extreme disaster scenarios in enhancing the benefits of the power system, establishes an optimization planning model to maximize the total net benefits of energy storage allocation in multiple operation scenarios, as well as solves problems through an improved evolutionary algorithm. The arithmetic example uses a real urban distribution network to check the feasibility as well as the effectiveness of the proposed method.
