In some special engineering applications, actuators are required to operate at high speed and heavy load in a short period of time, and in order to save the installed power of the pumping station, the accumulator can be used as a power source. In order to effectively overcome the influence of the accumulator oil supply pressure on the system accuracy, a variable pressure oil supply servo system based on the accumulator is designed. The results show that the designed controller has faster response speed and higher control accuracy than the PID controller, and can effectively overcome the influence of the drop of oil supply pressure of the accumulator.
