Abstract
According to the theoretical calculation and finite element simulation, a Holm-Hertz transducer is designed. When the resonant frequency of the outer liquid cavity of the transducer is consistent with the resonant frequency of the piezoelectric ceramic stack, the maximum transmit voltage response(TVR) is obtained. After the electrical material was replaced with a new relaxation ferroelectric single crystal piezoelectric material PIN-PMN-PT, the resonant frequency of the transducer was reduced, and the liquid cavity structure was redesigned. Single crystal, can significantly reduce the resonant frequency of the transducer, while significantly increasing the transmit voltage response.
