Abstract
Abstract
Uniform droplets production technology, which include continue ink jet and drop on demand technology, has been widely used in many fields, such as electronic packaging and inkjet printing. The continue ink jet and drop on demand all need a periodic driving force to produce uniform droplets. However, there is a lack of research on the transformation process from drop on demand to continue ink jet technology. In this paper, the Ansys Fluent software platform was used to research the transformation process. The transformation process could be realized by increase the jet velocity of liquid-column and the frequency of the pulse wave at the maximum value of the pulse wave of 0.5m/s.
