Abstract
We study the evolution of quantum correlations in a lepton-antineutrino pair, as produced in weak interactions (e.g. pion decay). Assuming an inital state entangled in the spins of the two particles, we show that both chiral and flavor (neutrino) oscillations affect spin correlations. Such corrections are relevant in the non-relativistic regime. In the second part we focused our attention on the weak process n + νe
→ p + e in which the results found in the previous sections could be observed.
