Abstract

Abstract A new model of column vane hydraulic pump is discussed. Firstly, taking the stator surface as the research object, the equation of the stator surface is established based on the applied triangular space theory. MATLAB and Pro/E software were used to establish the three-dimensional model of column vane hydraulic pump.In the second part, the structural characteristics of the pump are described in detail, the working principle of the pump is analyzed, and the correctness of the stator equation is verified. Secondly, on the basis of describing the structural characteristics of the cylinder pump, the working principle of the new cylinder pump is analyzed. Finally, COMSOL Multiphysics is used to visualize the flow field and analyze the fluid-structure interaction. The results show that the working principle of the new hydraulic pump is reasonable, the flow field diagram of the pump is relatively uniform and the deformation is small under the design condition.
