Abstract
The properties of nonlinear wave formations of the surface charge, the parameters of which oscillate in time, as well as also other perturbations, the temporal evolution of which is not carried out according to the harmonic law, are considered in the approximation of the inhomogeneous transition layer at the boundary of a cold plasma. A single equation for one of the related parameters of a nonlinear process is obtained, which allows to take into account the influence of an inhomogeneous transition layer, which leads in a linear approximation to the resonant absorption and spatial dispersion of surface oscillations. New forms of nonlinear waves of surface charge have been analyzed.
