Abstract
Abstract
The demand for accurate and real-time liquid level monitoring of storage tanks has increased dramatically in recent decades, particularly in industries such as chemical processing and petroleum refining. However, challenges can arise when liquid levels drop due to volatilization. To address this issue, we propose a resonant Sandwich-structured piezoelectric transducers-cantilever system for volatile alcohol level monitoring. We conducted a COMSOL numerical simulation to determine the frequency shift caused by volatilization at different alcohol levels. Experimental results confirmed the simulation and showed a linear trend within a certain range. This system has potential applications in micro-scale level monitoring systems for various industries.
