Abstract

Abstract The paper presents and analyzes methods for controlling bacterial and toxic contamination in goods subject to veterinary supervision. Using labelled nanometer-sized particles of gold, the method proves to be efficient in rapidly detecting Salmonella, Staphylococcus and Botulinum toxins in meat within 1-4 hours. For the first time, modifications were developed at the stage of sample preparation using Sephadex to concentrate toxins, increasing the detection sensitivity by 2-3 times.
