Abstract
This paper discusses the calculation of coal consumption for power generation when the unit uses steam extraction as a low-pressure (low temperature) heat recovery source. The calculation of coal consumption for power generation when the unit uses low-pressure (warm) economizer as a low-pressure (low-temperature) heat source, the heat source is not recovered. At the same time, the coal consumption of power generation was compared, and finally the reduction of the heat rate of the turbine was discussed as a decrease in coal consumption.
