Abstract
CO2 single-gas permeance has been studied in the present work by the ssz-13 membrane. SEM was used to characterize the membranes. Feed flow rate, Feed pressure, Sweep gas flow rate as the studied parameters, and these factors varied at five levels with an orthogonal array of L25. Applying Taguchi experimental design allowed to examine the impact of the most important parameters on membrane permeabilit. CO2 permeance had the biggest effect by feed flow rate.
