Abstract
Abstract
This article analyses the impact of the load transfer on the transmission and distribution costs from the N-1 security check of the distribution network and the total supply capacity, and proposes a capacity expansion planning model for the distribution network to obtain the best investment time for the generator, and then further studys the impact on the cost of transmission and distribution after the expansion of the distribution network.
