Abstract
The article presents the method of calculating the axial deformations of the rubber bush used in the bevel gear with the recommended composition and the formulas for determining the axial deformations. Based on the analysis of the connection graphs, the recommended values of its parameters were determined. The article presents the results of an analysis of the design features and disadvantages of cylindrical gears. An effective design scheme for a helical cylindrical gear transmission with elastic elements has been developed, allowing it to absorb peak values of oscillations of torques and axial force components arising from the meshing of wheel teeth, as well as cycling noise indicators.
