The noise reduction materials of substation need to meet the practicability, technology maturity, economic reliability, security and other factors. Based on the preliminary establishment of the evaluation index system for the applicability of noise reduction materials, this project uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the evaluation factors at all levels of the index system by using the rationality of the evaluation index system, the relative importance of the evaluation factors (weights) and the rationality of the assignment method. The applicability evaluation model of substation noise reduction materials is established.
