Abstract

Abstract The article forms a number of features and problems of legal regulation of information technologies in relation to the institute of agro-industrial complex of modern Russia. During the analysis of legal acts, the authors come to the conclusion that the effectiveness of the state reforms will allow the Russian Federation to implement the vector directions of the information society development Strategy in the Russian Federation by 2030, which in turn will strengthen the efficiency of the agro-industrial complex.
