Abstract

Abstract The conducted research is aimed at the formation of preventive technologies that ensure environmental safety in connection with the functioning of fuel and energy complex facilities. A feature of these technologies is their formation on the basis of problems identified as a result of studying the existing actual relations to prevent environmental pollution in this area. Thus, the basis of the proposed preventive technologies is actually existing relations for prevention in the field of ensuring environmental protection in this direction, and not the regulatory and legal provisions, which are most often subject to change. The results obtained in the form of conclusions and suggestions are based on the existing difficulties of preventive relations, related, among other things, to the lack of legal regulation, contribute to the streamlining and optimization of activities in the field of environmental safety, which predetermines the practical and theoretical significance of the study. The study contains the concept, structure and classification of preventive technologies based on practical methodology aimed at solving practical problems and tasks, including a set of specific methods, techniques and rules differentiated by the subject of preventive impact.
