Dynamic Behavior Analysis of Hose Operation in Deep-Sea Lift Mine

Abstract

Abstract Based on the simulation test system of deep-sea mining hose transportation, the variation characteristics of the hose stress, strain and dynamic frequency are analyzed when the collector is in different positions under the condition of a certain hose length. It provides a reference for the design of hose in deep-sea mining system. The results show that the safety of the single arch structure is better than that of the Double Arch structure, the vibration displacement and stress of the hose increase with the increase of the working range of the dust collector, and the optimum working range of the dust collector is 30-60 m.
