Abstract
Mechatronic module design of the control system of the braking mechanism and the clutch for transport and technological vehicles consisting of a screw pair, mechanical parts, a pedal, a servo drive and electronic systems is given in the article. Calculations of the developed structural elements of the control system of the braking mechanism and the clutch were made using software and dataware of NX automated systems. It is proved that the proposed assemblies meet the specified reliability requirements in real operating conditions which were graphically simulated taking into account the characteristics of materials, mechanical and other physical impacts on the vehicle. Based on the results of virtual tests of the models, we improved the mechatronic module design of the control system of the braking mechanism and the clutch for transport and technological vehicles
