Public danger of water pollution and the mechanism of protection of the surrounding water environment

Abstract

Abstract The article examines the possible consequences of water pollution that pose a public danger, identifies the subjects of various types of activity that have a negative impact on the environment, studies the problems arising from the use of water resources. Analysis of measures to prevent pollution of water resources in the study made it possible to form an environmental mechanism to counteract water pollution as an element of the environment and to present its main directions: scientific and technical, state control, legal regulation.
