Sustainable development of antler reindeer husbandry production in Russia

Abstract

Abstract The article considers the possibilities of sustainable development for the production of the reindeer and maral breeding industry. The factors helping to develop deep processing of antler reindeer products in the Krasnoyarsk Region in Russia are determined. The prospects for the development of competitive advantages for the creation of modern production with the use of new technologies for the production of products based on the raw materials of antler reindeer husbandry are revealed. Modern technologies make it possible to obtain high-quality antler reindeer products while preserving the entire spectrum of biologically active substances. The proposed approach to reduce the waste of antler production and the introduction of processing production at the maral breeding enterprise of the region for the production of biologically active substances contributes to the sustainable development of the industry in the region.
