Ensuring the environmental safety of milk production through the use of non-traditional feed

Abstract

Abstract The inclusion of organic sapropel in the composition of compound feeds for dairy cows of 4 and 6% was substantiated and established, which had a positive effect on feed consumption, physiological state and metabolic processes occurring in the body of animals. Organic sapropel of the Udhodva deposit in the Brest region has a stability that allows you to set the shelf life for 1 year. Feeding compound feed to dairy cows with the inclusion of 4 and 6% organic sapropel from the Udhodva deposit in the Brest region allows to increase milk productivity by 9.5 and 9.1%, the amount of milk protein by 0.06 and 0.07 percentage points, reduce feed costs by 4.9%, milk cost by 6.4 and 4.3% and get additional profit for all products per head for the experience of 144.2 and 126.5 rubles or 56.3 and 49.4 US dollars. The use of sapropel from the Udhodva deposit in the feeding of cows in the Pruzhansky district of the Brest region allows you to save 4-6% of grain as part of compound feeds.
