Abstract
Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the effect of oral administration with two concentrations of 30% and 40% of nano-magnesium on Bisphenol-A in liver enzyme parameters (ALT, AST, ALP), kidney function and lipid profile of male white rats Bisphenol-The concentrations of triglycerides (TG), cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoproteins (LDL), and very low-density lipoproteins (vLDL) were all increased by A, whereas the concentration of high-density lipoproteins (HDL) was decreased. while liver enzyme parameters decreased noticeably. Nano-magnesium treatment led to decreases in levels of uric acid, creatinine, triglycerides, cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein, very low-density lipoprotein, and an increase in high-density lipoprotein (HDL) values.
