Abstract

Abstract Energy and environmental problems have become the biggest obstacles to the development of traditional automobiles. Fuel cell vehicles based on hydrogen energy have injected vitality into the progress of automobile industry. With the gradual strengthening of China’s concept of energy conservation and environmental protection, new energy vehicles have been loved by more and more people because of their low fuel consumption and low pollutant emissions, which has also promoted the rapid development of new energy vehicles in China. Fuel cell is a device that makes hydrogen react with oxygen in air to generate electric energy. As an efficient and clean electric vehicle, compared with traditional internal combustion engine vehicles, fuel cell vehicles use electric motors instead of internal combustion engines as the power source of fuel cell vehicles. This paper introduces the basic structure of fuel cell vehicle, and discusses the key technologies in the development of fuel cell vehicle, such as fuel cell, motor control, body and chassis design, electronic control, testing and system optimization.
