Information is a crucial aspect in disaster management. A reliable information systems play an important role in every stages of disaster activities: pre-disaster, disaster response, and post-disaster. This study aims to develop a post-disaster information system related to rehabilitation and reconstruction activities. Development of the system adopt System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology: requirement, analysis, design, and implementation. This rehabilitation and reconstruction information system was developed for a web platform using various web technologies, such as Apache web service, MySQL database, Yii framework, JQuery, OpenMaps, among others. The information system has been successfully developed according to user requirements. It has been tested and implemented in post-disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction activities in Ministry of General Working and Public Housing.
