Abstract

Abstract The scientific work examines the process of designing and implementing the software module of the QGIS geographic information system for analyzing the state of the forest on the basis of a series of index images of different times. The module is successfully used as a separate tool and can be integrated into automated models of a more complex level. The scientific results serve as an example of applying an integrated approach to the processing of remote sensing data to detect violations of the integrity of the forest cover, with the aim of rapid response and strategic management.
