Abstract
Energy demand from the last decade combined with the requirement of lowering pollutant emissions, created the need to harvest energy which normally is not used. Some of the harvesting elements are thermoelectric generators which have become used nowadays. The purpose of this study is to use thermoelectric generators, to capitalize heat release in nature by an air conditioning system. An experimental study was concluded and the mean temperature difference Δt between the hot and cold source was 70°C. According to a chosen thermoelectric module, the energy produced at this Δt is around 1.85W.
