Abstract
Describes the process and the issues arising from a joint
initiative developed between the Post Office and staff and students on a
PGCE course. Examines a number of general areas of concern related to
the development of education/business links, in particular the role
played by industry in the production and delivery of classroom
materials. Identifies the importance of an effective support mechanism,
and the need for ongoing work in this area to consolidate and develop
the considerable progress that has been made already.
