Abstract
Increasingly, food companies in today′s marketplace have to change to
survive, in response to pressures from competition, technology, and
diversity of consumers. Discusses the increasing requirement for an
effectively managed product process within the food industry, in
response to these conditions. Offers an examination of the process, in
terms of maintaining an acceptable level of consumer satisfaction.
