Abstract
Describes part of a research and development programme focusing on
business integration. Provides analysis of integration and introduces a
reference model for business integration. Details an audit method which
measures the level of integration within a business with respect to the
reference model. Illustrates the application of the audit method through
a case study. Concludes with a brief discussion on the significance of
the work described, its limitations and potential benefits.
