Abstract
Recent research from The Aziz Corporation shows that training managers are clued up when it comes to the need for presentation training and its benefits, yet those who are most in need of this help are still missing out. This article argues that spoken communications must be given more attention and suggests how training officers can ensure these valuable skills are targeted at the right people throughout the organisation. In addition, the article contains practical advice for preparing and delivering the perfect presentation, applicable to professionals across all sectors and at all levels of the organisation.
