Abstract
PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to examine the role of quality management concepts towards enhancing classroom learning.Design/methodology/approachUndergraduate and graduate students in business discipline were asked for their views about cooperative learning. Collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to arrive at specific focus areas to improve learning.FindingsIt is found that specific quality management concepts can assist towards increased classroom learning for students.Originality/valueThis research broadens the scope of the applicability of quality management tools for enhanced students learning across varied cultural settings.
