Abstract
RS1602 is a new resist stripper formulated to remove the latest dry film resists. It produces an ideal flake size to facilitate removal from solution by separation or filtration. RS1602, produced as a highly concentrated liquid, is used as a 5% solution. Containing no solvents or caustic materials, it does not attack copper, tin, or tin/lead. It is odourless, is safer to use than most other resist strippers and gives excellent results in both spray and dip applications.
