Abstract
Innovation is the most powerful tool to gain competitive advantage among rivals. Organizations are searching for the ways to create more innovative and creative ideas. The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of information exchange and the willingness of senior managers to share information with people outside their organization. Then use this information to build a model that can enable to benefit from the edge effect caused by the discussions of different individuals who comes from different disciplines on a specific subject, by using the non-governmental organizations established by businessman. Also to point at the benefits of sharing ideas by showing some examples from practice. Qualitative research methods were used, grounded theory and case study were applied in this study. Data was collected by using three different methods and analyzed with the help of computer-based program.
