Abstract
AbstractA case of tuberculous granuloma of the epiglottis is presented. The presenting symptoms were hoarseness and painful dysphagia, and the laryngoscopic appearances resembled carcinoma. Histological examination of the biopsy material was diagnostic, emphasising the difficulty of diagnosis in the general population.
