Abstract

AbstractTracheo-innominate artery fistual is usually fatal complication of tracheostomy. The trachea and innominate artery were successfully reconstructed in an 11-year-old girl who presented with this complication. The thymus was interposed betweenn these two structres in order to prevent further long-term complications.
