Abstract

AbstractOsteomas of the paranasal sinuses are common. Most are, however, asymptomatic and a chance radiographic finding. We describe four case histories which help to illustrate the benefits and hazards of surgery, and highlight the importance of patient selection. A review of the literature is presented.
