Abstract
AbstractCervical heterotopic salivary tissues are rare and are predominantly found in the anterior triangle of the neck especially at the anterior border of the sternocleidomastoid muscl. We report a case of pleomorphic adenoma arising in the left posterior triangle of the neck.
