Abstract
Hepatojarakus bandicotisp.nov. has been described fromBandicota bengalensis(type host),Millardia meltada, Tatera indicaandMus musculus bactrianus. The genusHepatojarakusYeh, 1955, has been retained in the family Trichostrongylidae Leiper, 1912. This is the second record ofHepatojarakusand the first from India.
