Abstract

AbstractThe procedures are summarized in order to obtain a reference system which is available at the present moment and in the near future for the astronomical purposes. The target of the present discussions is the IAU General Assembly to be held in the summer of year 1991, in order to find out an agreeable result there. Discussions beyond this are postponed to a further occasion.
