Abstract
AbstractWe report a male child with haemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis who developed myocardial infarction after receiving etoposide. He recovered well with supportive measures and after discontinuation of etoposide. We discuss the possible mechanisms and differential diagnoses of myocardial infarction in our patient.
