Abstract
AbstractThe third-stage larva of Oryctes monoceros (O1), a pest of coconut palms, collected in the Seychelles Islands is described and illustrated, and a key is provided to distinguish larvae of this species from those of O. boas (F.) and O. gigas Lap., all of which coexist in parts of Africa.
