Abstract
AbstractSolitary plasmacytoma of the skull base is a rare entity with only a few reported cases in the literature. We review the literature and present our experience with this lesion that produced ipsilateral sensorineural hearing loss, vertigo and ipsilateral sixth nerve palsy.
