Angiocentric T-cell lymphoma: an extensive lesion involving the posterior tongue, hypopharynx and supraglottis

Abstract

AbstractAngiocentric T-cell lymphoma, which in the past has been grouped with a variety of granulomatous diseases, occur uncommonly as a destructive condition of the posterior nasal space and midface. We report on a patient with a chronic granular ulcerative lesion involving the posterior tongue, hypopharynx and supraglottis.
