Abstract

SummaryThis paper describes the plasma jet which has recently been put into operation in tha Department of Aeronautics. A brief outline of the apparatus and its equipment is given, and methods are described for obtaining data from the high temperature gas stream. Finally some results of a recent test programme are outlined.
