Abstract
The technique of detecting diphtheria bacillus carriers has found little recognition in the literature of diphtheria.A method of detecting diphtheria carriers by single swabbings is described.The method is somewhat elaborate but is highly efficient.The results which may be obtained with it are discussed.Its application in certain specific cases is briefly considered.
