Abstract

This paper is concerned with the exponential sums(formula here)and with Heilbronn's type exponential sums(formula here)where (and below) p is prime, m, n, a and b are integers with m > n > 0 and p [nmid ] ab, and er(x) = exp(2πix/r) as usual.
