Abstract
The article deals with the origin and interpretation of the concept of chicana from French chicaner — to create difficulties; Latin aemulatio) as the most dangerous form of abuse of law.The applicability of the concept of “shikana” in the characterization of the monopolistic activities of an economic entity that occupies a dominant position in the market was assessed.It was concluded that the promotion of the principle of integrity in modern law enforcement practice is a serious challenge for lawyers specializing in cases of violation of antitrust laws.
